The insulation is placed between the sub-floor and heating foils, reflecting heat upwards, improving the floor heating system efficiency.
The foil backing acts as an effective moisture barrier. This insulated underlay has been specifically developed for installation under the Dual Overlay as part of a complete solid and stable system.
It is the ideal duo combination for installation of soft and resilient floor coverings such as carpet and vinyl, under the heating foil mats.
