The Challenge
At a large 184m² each, these houses needed an effective and reliable heating system to provide warmth.  The heaters would only be used for a short time annually, so having ugly radiators all year round would be a shame to the rest of the designer interior furnishings, which included hydromassage facilities.

The Solution
Warmup recommended a hidden system and offered professional support from quotation through to installation.  100W/m² Warmup® undertile heating mats were chosen for the tile floors and laid onto 2cm thick insulation boards.  These heaters were in turn connected to Warmup® XSTAT thermostats, offering zonal control for improved energy efficiency.

The Result
The developer was able to provide their customers with the luxury of a very personalised level of comfort and warmth, combined with aesthetic discretion and design freedom.
